In VNA pallet racking the main factor that we must be taken into consideration is automatic guidance vehicles. A special type of forklift is required for this system.
Other than that we need to focus on metal rails, roller guides, and automated wired guidance system checking. Some special components help in safety measures. We must take essential measures while installing VNA racking.
- Guard Rail: The specification is 100*63*6.0. Triangular reinforcements are added every 500mm to make the guard rail stronger.
- Guard Rail Corners: Set up denser and thicker triangular reinforcements to Strengthen the anti-collision performance of guard rail.
- Pallet Backstop Types: The backstop of the pallet rack is made of metal and secured with bolted arms, as well as uprights or columns. It is used to prevent pallets from falling. It makes loading and unloading more secure.
- Backstop For Floor Pallets: Fixed to the floor. It manages floor-level pallets either with single or double backstops as per requirement.
- Safety Bolt: 7-shaped, inserted into the holes of the uprights to maintain the stability of the beams.
- Back Mesh: Installed on the sides of the shelves to prevent small items from scattering.
- Goods Dividers: Used to separate goods to prevent them from tilting or collapsing when stacked.
- Pallet Supports: Increase beam support and prevent items from falling, available in two types: single- and double-sided.
- Diagonal Braces: Support structures between shelf uprights that increase the overall stability of the shelves, reducing lateral deformation and shaking.
- Cross Braces: These connectors can be installed between the horizontal beams of the shelves to increase overall rigidity.
- Row Spacer: Maintains stability between mainframes and sub-frames.
- Shims: Provide shock absorption, reduce noise, adjust shelf height and horizontal angles, and prevent shelf sliding.
- Markers: Used for guidance. A rectangular metal plate that gives information about signs. These signs may place on outer areas of narrow pallet racking at different aisle points.
