VNA(Very Narrow Aisle) Racking commonly referred to as VNA is an effective method of increasing pallet storage with in a given area with the advantages of selective racking.This system requires a special forklift which reduces the aisle space by a minimum of 40% compared to traditional fork lifts.This system still provides100 % product selectivity and utilizes the vertical space for pallet storage.
Aisle width is only 1.6-2.2 meters (vs. 3+ meters for traditional racking), reducing aisle space by 30-50% and significantly improving floor utilization. Ideal for warehouses with high land costs or limited space. Racking height can reach 15-30 meters, leveraging vertical space for high-rise storage.
Combined with the precision of narrow-aisle forklifts, it achieves both high storage density and moderate-to-high inventory turnover, suitable for warehouses with medium-frequency access (e.g., ecommerce, manufacturing, cold chain).
As the name implies, it is designed to handle heavy loads. Each beam can typically support several tons of weight, making it suitable for storing large and heavy pallets filled with goods. This high load - bearing capacity ensures the safety and stability of the stored items.

1. The raw material of the square tube products is made of galvanized base material and then coated with plastic to provide double protection against rust and surface peeling. The internal galvanization of the square tube eliminates the possibility of rusting from the inside, extending the service life.
2. Additional backup screw holes are added at the connection between the column and the claw to increase the load-bearing capacity or quickly tighten in case of claw damage, enhancing safety.
3. The column claws are made of extra-thick Sphc material to increase load-bearing capacity and safety.

Generally, the shelves are flat-packed in standard export cartons with bubble wrap/film. Other packaging such as wooden crates can be provided upon customer request.
