Q: Which port will be used as loading port?

A: Qingdao port, or we can arrange shipment according to your needs.

Q: What is the raw material of your products?

A: The raw material brand of our normal temperature warehouse is carbon steel Q235b. For cold storage at minus 18 degrees Celsius or lower temperatures, we adopt Q345D. Other types of steel can also be customized according to your needs.

Q: Do you have a MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?

A: No, we do not have a MOQ requirement for most of our products. However, a 1*20ft container order is normally recommended to save costs and facilitate operations.

Q: What is the packaging of the products?

A: Standard export packaging. All parts are packed with packing tape after being stacked regularly, and covered with plastic film. The steel plates of medium-sized shelves are packed in cartons and then secured with packing belts.

Q: How will I install the racks?
