Warehouse Longspan Shelving / Medium Duty Shelving is connected with columns and beams, featuring a plug-in combination structure. The layer levels can be adjusted by a 50mm pitch to accommodate different goods. Normally, the load capacity of each layer ranges from 300kg to 800kg, with a total loading capacity per bay reaching up to 5400kg. Steel panels or wooden panels can be selected based on storage requirements.
There are 3 types of Longspan post designs: model L55A, L55B, and L55C. In L55A and L55B designs, the Horizontal and Diagonal Bracing share the bolt at each node joint. For the L55C model, due to a narrower throat design of only 26mm, each bracing requires 2 bolts to assemble.
