QWhat is the term of payment?

30% T/T deposit and balance payment against copy of B/L.

QAre samples available? Will it be free?

Paid samples are available but the sample cost can be refunded during mass production.

QWhat is the lead time for mass production?

For our standard products, the lead time is usually 20-25 days after the deposit is received.

QWhat is the MOQ?

We prefer a 20ft container as the MOQ for a trial order. If the order quantity is less than that, we can do Ex Works or charge extra LCL cost.

Yes, we provide customization options for dimensions, layers, carrying capacities, and packing methods according to specifications.
