It is consisted of frames, beams and panel. The 60 Long span shelving can be decked with particle board, wire decking, Zinc steel panel, rolling metal decking to make them ideal for many different environments. Long-span shelving are especially suitable for the hand loaded storage of bulky items. Comparing with 55 longspan shelving, as panels are put on the beams and with the same length and width, the loading capacity will be larger. It’s from 100kg to 800kg per level.

60 Style Longspan Shelving incorporated a wide range of beams, making it easy to customize to meet your precise demands. Integer J Beam, P Beam, Square Beam can be combined in the same unit for efficient storage of a wide range of stock items. Do you have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?

No, but good quantity comes with good price. We recommend the order quantity for regular products to fit at least one 20ft. container, which is about 15 tons.

How do you charge tooling fee (cost of opening new mold)?

For the production of necessary tooling requirement, we charge the cost before the first order for opening new mold, and the cost will be partially or fully refunded after certain quantity of orders.
