What is the weight capacity per shelf and for the entire unit?
Our standard supermarket shelves have a dynamic load capacity of 250 kg per shelf, and the entire unit (typically 4-5 shelves) can support a total static load of over 1000 kg. All capacity ratings are tested according to national standards with a high safety factor.
Is assembly complicated? Do I need professional tools or a team?
Assembly is straightforward. We use a modular design with clear installation manuals. The main frame is bolted for maximum stability, and shelves feature a tool-free, clip-on design for easy height adjustment. Two people can typically assemble a standard unit in 1-2 hours.
Are the shelf heights adjustable? Is it difficult to adjust them?
Yes, and it is very simple. The uprights have pre-punched holes at 5 cm intervals. Just lift the shelf, align its hooks with the desired height, and release—no tools are required. This allows quick adaptation to products of varying heights.
What is the surface finish? Is it prone to rust or scratching?
We use an environmentally friendly epoxy powder coating applied through electrostatic spraying. After pretreatment (acid washing and phosphating), the finish offers strong adhesion, excellent rust and corrosion resistance, and high durability against scratches and daily cleaning.
Can the shelf dimensions be customized to fit my store layout?
Yes, we offer flexible customization. In addition to standard sizes (e.g., H180 x W90 x D40 cm), we can customize width, height, depth, and number of levels. Deep shelves (e.g., 60 cm depth) are also available for stockroom use.
Will the shelves be unstable if my floor is uneven?
Each upright is equipped with adjustable leveling feet. Simply rotate them to compensate for floor unevenness up to 3 cm, ensuring the unit remains stable and wobble-free.
